Exchange & Return / Refund

We understand that you may occasionally wish to Exchange your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. You can get it exchanged for any issue... exchange can be done with the same product or any other products. Just need to pay ₹100 as exchange convience fee.  You Can Connect with us over the whatsapp for any product related issues.

 

  • The cost of exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. 
 
What happens next?
  •  Ones You Inform us about the exchange over WhatsApp or EMAIL we will process your exchange request.
  • Product would be picked up from your location in 1-2 working days.
  • We try to turn around the exchange within 4-6 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date we receive the product to our warehouse.
 
Refunds
We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. However you can ask for a credit note that will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.
 

 

Important Note :

 1. Any Issue to be reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

2. Exchange will not be excepted after 7 days of the receipt of your order.

3. Return will not be excepted under any condition.

4. For Exchange tag should be intact on the garment along with the original packing

5. We hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
